Billie Eilish has filed for a brief restraining order in opposition to an alleged stalker.
In accordance with courtroom paperwork obtained by TMZ, the Happier Than Ever singer has filed a request for a brief restraining order in opposition to Christopher Anderson, who she alleged had damaged into her household’s dwelling a number of instances.
Within the paperwork, Eilish’s father Patrick O’Connell claimed that Anderson arrived uninvited at Eilish’s Los Angeles residence on a number of events since December 2022, professing his love for the singer and asking to fulfill her.
Eilish detailed she and her household had referred to as the police 5 instances and filed studies on the incidents.
Anderson’s alleged behaviour has triggered Eilish “substantial nervousness, concern and emotional misery” for her personal security in addition to her household’s, the paperwork added. She continued she not felt snug visiting her household with Anderson looming.
The short-term restraining order request sought to guard Eilish, alongside along with her brother Finneas and her mother and father, O’Connell and Maggie Baird.
Police responded to a name at O’Connell and Baird’s dwelling in January after a trespasser was allegedly noticed scaling their fence, Web page Six studies.
In 2020, Eilish was granted a three-year restraining order defending her from Prenell Rousseau after she alleged that he repeatedly appeared uninvited at her Los Angeles dwelling. Her dwelling tackle had been beforehand leaked on-line, which she informed Rolling Stone was a “traumatising expertise”.
