Mötley Crüe are plotting a 2024 US tour and have hinted at one other Las Vegas residency.
Frontman Vince Neil – who’s joined by drummer Tommy Lee, bassist Nikki Sixx and guitarist Mick Mars within the ‘Women, Women, Women’ group – has revealed the foursome are planning a jaunt throughout America after their ‘The Stadium Tour’, which wrapped in Vegas final week.
Talking with the Las Vegas Assessment-Journal, Vince mentioned: “We’re removed from being over.
“Once we come again in ’24, we’ll do it once more.”
The ‘Shout On the Satan’ rockers beforehand had stints on the Joint on the Laborious Rock Resort in Sin Metropolis in 2012 and 2013.
And Vince, 61, says they have not dominated out a return to the Vegas strip.
He mentioned: “Now we have undoubtedly talked about doing it, and all people likes to do the residencies, so I say, ‘Yeah, we’re gonna do it.’
“We simply have to have a look at a while in ’24, to be again in Vegas. However we shall be again.”
And whereas they don’t seem to be retiring from the street anytime quickly, Vince insisted new music shouldn’t be on the playing cards.
He informed the publication earlier than the ultimate gig on September 9: “We’re strictly a touring band.
“Once you see this present at Allegiant, you’ll see why. You are going to see one thing that’s unbelievable, lights and lasers, three dancers. There are loads of cool particular results, and a cool band placing on a rock present.”
Mötley retired from touring in 2015 after their ‘The Finish Tour’ earlier than reuniting three years later.
The band launched three new songs – ‘Trip With The Satan’, ‘Crash And Burn’, and ‘Like A Virgin’ (Madonna cowl) – for the soundtrack to the 2019 movie adaptation of the band’s biography, ‘The Filth’, for Netflix.
