“Dying has tragically knocked at our door,” household of amapiano star born Constantinos Tsobanoglou says following his loss of life on the age of 28
South African rapper Costa Titch died this weekend after collapsing onstage throughout his efficiency at Johannesburg’s Extremely Music Competition. The rapper born Constantinos Tsobanoglou was 28.

Following the incident, Tsobanoglou’s household stated in a social media assertion that the rapper had died. No reason behind loss of life was introduced.
“Dying has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our beloved son, brother, and grandson. Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), whom South Africa had come to like and idolize beneath his stage identify “Costa Titch,” the household wrote to his 600,000 followers.

Organizers of the Extremely Music Competition South Africa added in a press release, “We’re devastated by the sudden lose of the beloved South African artist Costa Titch, who tragically handed away this weekend. Costa was a galvanizing voice amongst South Africa’s amapiano scene – a gifted rapper, dancer, songwriter, collaborator and pal to the pageant.”
In 2020, Titch — who was signed to Akon’s Konvict Kulture label, and lately launched a single with that singer — gained Greatest Collaboration and Greatest Remix on the South African Hip Hop Awards for his “Nkalakatha” with Riky Rick and AKA; the latter artist, a pal and collaborator of Titch’s, was killed in a drive-by capturing final month.
