Device are apparently gearing up for a “massive tour” within the fall. Drummer Danny Carey teased the information whereas accepting an award from Drumeo.
Carey, who was named Progressive Drummer of the 12 months, filmed an acceptance video (watch beneath) from Device’s rehearsal area in Hollywood, California. After delivering his “thank yous,” he proclaimed, “I hope to see you on the market on the street in 2023. We’ve got an enormous tour coming within the fall, just a few festivals within the summertime.”
Whereas a 2023 tour has but to be introduced, Device have been confirmed as headliners of a pair of Might festivals, Florida’s Welcome to Rockville and Ohio’s Sonic Temple. Tickets for each these fests can be found right here.
Device have been touring in assist of 2019’s Concern Inoculum, which marked the band’s first album 13 years. Their final US present passed off on the Bonnaroo competition in June 2022. Frontman Maynard James Keenan toured along with his band Puscifer this previous fall.
